The Wines We Make

We have a long list of different Fruits and Styles of Wines.

Currently on our shelves are:

FIG, MANGO, CARAMBOLA (Star Fruit), LYCHEE, PARSLEY, PASSIONFRUIT, GRAPEFRUIT, RAMBUTAN, JAKFRUIT, ORANGE, PURPLE STAR APPLE, WATER CHERRY, JABOTICABA, BAKU, BLACK SAPOTE, GINGER, MULBERRY AND LIME.

We make most of these in the various styles of Dry, Medium, Sweet or Fortified.

The fruits we use are shown on the page with many interesting Facts, details and photographs.
