Making Wine

Making wine in its basic form is a remarkably simple procedure. The equipment is easily obtained.

The fruit (any fruit) can be purchased from a Fruit Shop. The extra ingredients, books and recipes, can be found in the Home Brew Shops.

The fermentation of fruits to make wine has been carried out for many thousands of years and the good news is that you can make it far better and easier than in the days of old.

Start with your favourite fruits, experiment and have fun.
