A medium flavour Pineapple wine made from the best of Mossman Pineapples, matches with an astonishing range of foods. Quite complex and would cellar for up to 4 years.

Low in acid and rich in flavour due to its tropical origins here in Mossman. Terrific with Thai Curry style spicy foods, perfect in any Mexican Restaurant, Tony loves it with simple foods like Chicken Parmagiana. 

Fish like Tuna with its Omega Oils, Shellfish, Pork and Cheeses.  We are constantly amazed with the usefulness of this Pineapple wine and its proving a very popular social wine.
