Ginger - Medium-flavour, medium dry/sweet

We used to make this Ginger Port a couple of years ago and when it sold out we found we had lots of other wines on the Tasting Table so we put it on the back-burner for a while. 

But now we are seeing return visitors to the area and the winery and there was a regular request for it, so here it is again. Not as strong as the Table Wine but is smoother, softer and richer like a Port should be. 

We love Ginger so if you don't buy it we'll drink it all. So be quick!!! Yet to be entered in a Wine Show but we don't care.
