Chocolate -  Made from Cocoa Bean

Made from the Cocoa Bean grown locally in far North Queensland.
New on the table 1-12-2010 and its going like a chocolate rocket.  We have made it as close as we can to the flavour of a well known Australian Dark Chocolate maker and as a Port it's a slightly dryer style. Not too sticky! 

You may remember that our style in Ports is not as sweet as the grape ports.  At the Cellar Door its already very popular and we have been forced to expand production quickly.

Okay I'm biased but as a Chocolate lover I think its great. If you are coming to the tropics again, ask us to show you the Cocoa tree we have near the tropical fruit wine tasting area.
